Automatic Galvanizing Production Line

Galvanizing line (previously used) is designed for copper-nickel-chrome coating of steel products and nickel-chromium coating of brass products. Automatic line of copper-plating, nickel-plating and chrome-plating with water treatment and wastewater treatment. Baths dimensions (depth/width): 1900 mm, 3000 mm, width from 500 mm to 700 mm depending on the purpose of baths. Type of supply: 3×380 v, 50 hz time of heating baths: 8 hours capacity: 50 m2/h, 10 bars/h time of cycle (the output of finished products): 6 min.
