We manufacture complete lines of accessories for the production of layered chocolates, of which the cut cremino is certainly the most typical. The chocolate is poured continuously onto a feed belt equipped with side guards. The plant is used with excellent results in the production of cut nocciolata, with the hazelnuts layered inside at the desired height (the classic nougat chocolate). An efficient dosing mixer, which ensures a precise dosage of the chocolate and hazelnuts (or other solid ingredients), can be fitted before the grader choice for the casting. The cut of the bars containing nuts or other inclusions takes place with precision, with smooth surfaces, without damaging the products added to the chocolate.
