Composite Stone Production Line

We are engineered mono-layered thin slabs and tiles made of calcareous or siliceous aggregates bonded with Portland cement. Combining and compacting the materials in a vibration vacuum process produces these tiles and slabs, which are of up to 68×153 cm with a 15-35 cm finished thickness. However, the available sizes are 30×30 cm, 40×40 cm, 40×60 cm and 60×60 cm with a 9. 5-30 mm finished thickness depending on the size making them market worthy because they can be and are transformed into finished products. They consist of stone aggregates, fine mineral particles, and inorganic bonding agents. The stone aggregates can be either siliceous like granite, quartz, quartzite, porphyry, and sand or calcareous like marble, limestone and dolomite constituting up to 76% of the weight per slab.
