1) the stretching of plugs inside of the upper mold are controlled by air cylinder. • 2) The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain. The pin chain is controlled by motor with inverter. The feeding length is controlled by the encoder. • 3) It adopts four pillars to fix the mold. We could adopt four pillars to fix the mold. • 4) The up mold is fixed and the down mold movement is driven by twin cam. 5) There are total 16 heating zones.
