The line consists of pre-heating oven, power roller, in-box 90°overturning machine, two-way delivery unit, forming fixture, auto-injection unit, out-box lift translation machine, outer water heat unit, pneumatic unit, electric control unit and etc. It adopts linear layout, the fixture & mold plate heated by water. The fixture can block injection hole automatically.
