The ferrotungsten is one of ferroalloy (the tungsten content is between 70%-80%), which is combination of tungsten and iron used to ferroalloy addition agent. The normally ferrotungsten has two types, namely are 70% and 80%. The ferrotungsten is smelted through electric furnace, due to high melting point and unable pour-out in liquid, so now the smelting process is using three phase electric arc furnace with the method of iron-taking out.
